Welcome to Seminary Review (the "Website"), operated by Seminary Review ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Website, including creating an account, submitting reviews, and any other features or services provided through the Website. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Website. By using the Website, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Account Creation and Responsibilities
To write reviews or access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate information, including your name, email address, and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or provide false information.
3. User-Generated Content
You may submit reviews, comments, or other content ("User Content") about seminary schools. By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, modify, and distribute it on the Website. You represent that your User Content is original, accurate, and does not infringe on third-party rights, including privacy or intellectual property.
We do not endorse User Content and reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove it if it violates these Terms, including content that is defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, or false. You are solely responsible for your User Content and any consequences arising from it.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post spam, advertisements, or unsolicited promotions.
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
- Submit false or misleading reviews.
- Use automated tools to scrape or access the Website.
- Violate any laws, including intellectual property or privacy laws.
- Attempt to interfere with the Website's functionality.
Violation of these rules may result in account termination and legal action.
5. Opt-In Data Sharing
In the future, we may offer an opt-in feature allowing users to share their contact information and reviews with participating seminary schools for recruitment or feedback purposes. This sharing will only occur if you explicitly opt in. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, but we cannot guarantee schools will delete data already shared.

The Website, including its content, design, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Website without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
